Thank you for supporting my book. This program intends to give you no excuse to work out. If you are short on time, this workout guide can be utilized to stay consistent. I designed this myself to give myself no reason not to work out. I wanted to get stronger with consistency even when traveling and for the results to last long. This guide saves you time and gives you results. While I used to go to the gym to work out, I am now finished with my workout in the time it took me to travel to the gym. The goal is to share my success with others.
