I am a former athlete, health enthusiast, father, and entrepreneur born and raised in Queens, New York. After seeing countless episodes of sickness and bad eating habits, I decided to compile the knowledge over my adolescent and adult years to make a change for myself and those seeking a lifestyle change.
My mission is to simplify staying fit, and my ultimate goal is to be 70 years young with a 6-pack. I am not trying to be the biggest person in the world; I am more focused on mobility and strength. What’s the use of having big muscles if you can’t move them? In this book, I set out to make a basic fitness framework and give insight into what I use to stay fit even on days I haven’t worked out. Even though I haven’t worked out as much as I did as an athlete. I maintained a slim physique by relying on my eating habits. That’s when I was feeling weak and decided to take a bare picture of myself and implement a simple day-to-day, no-excuse workout. I mentally knew I wasn’t going to look like this anymore because I knew my potential. I decided to take a picture of what I looked like to compare to later in my journey. It all starts in the kitchen.
